Try It Day! - at this event beginners will learn how to slide, sweep, throw a rock, keep score and have fun!

If you arleady curl and want to just get on the ice this is a great day for you as well!. (1 sheet will be open for you to throw rocks or play a game)

Please dress in comfortable stretchabel pants, warm clothing, clean pair of running shoes(indoor shoes only) to wear on the ice. We provide all the rest of the equipment. CSA-approved protective headgear is strongly recommended and encouraged for Learn-To-Curl participants and is mandatory for under 12 participants.

Session 1 Sunday October 15 - November 12, 2023.

This learn to curl program is for anyone who is interested in learning the sport of curling.  After the 5 week program you have the opportunity to join and register for a league at an additional cost of $320.00 that would start after November 12th and finish the beginning of April 2024. Program best suited for individuals 21 year of age and older.

Cost: $150.00

Program best suited for individuals 21 years of age and older.

This learn to curl program is for Women who is interested in learning the sport of curling.  After the 5 week program you have the opportunity to join and regisgter for a league at an additional cos of $320.00 

Session 1 October 16 to November 13

Our Learn-to-Curl program is a five-week course during which you will learn the basics of the game from our instructors. Each session is two hours in length and all necessary equipment (slip-on grippers, step-on sliders, brooms, delivery sticks) is provided. This is the perfect crash course for brand new curlers and those with 1-3 years of limited/social experience looking to correct their form.

By the end of this program curlers will have a good sense of:

• Delivery

• Sweeping skills

• Basic strategy

• Gameplay

• Etiquette

After the 5 weeks curlers will have the opportunity to join another league for the remainder of the season for an additional cost of $310.00.

There will a Sunday jitney league starting at the beginning of January 2026 that learn to curl participants are encouraged to join to continue to develop their skills in game play with more experienced curlers (11:45am-1:30pm). Other leagues may be available subject to league registration and available spots.
